1. Overview


The ZH-200 fully automatic high-speed packaging machine is a model that our company innovatively designed based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology, and is manufactured strictly in accordance with the "GMP" requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. Having high efficiency and performance production capacity, folding and conveying instructions, and forming paper boxes; The concise appearance design makes operation and maintenance easier; Triple split double planetary wheel rotating outward opening box and equipped with two pre forming devices to ensure the complete opening and forming of the paper box.


This machine is a fully automatic continuous high-speed box packing machine, which integrates machine, light, electricity, and gas for high-performance products. It is suitable for automatic box packing of aluminum-plastic blister boards, bottles, hoses, soft double aluminum, and bag shaped items, and can be matched with it to form a packaging production line.


  


Box opening mechanism: This mechanism adopts a three part double planetary wheel rotating outward box opening mechanism. The advantage of inward movement compared to similar models is that when the paper box size is wider, it will not collide with each other. This mechanism also has two pre forming devices to ensure that the paper box is fully opened and formed.


1. No product or instruction manual, no paper box without instruction manual;


2. When there is no product or the product supply is not in place, the machine will idle and not push the product. When the product supply is restored, it will automatically run, and if the product is not in place, it will automatically shut down;


3. Automatic shutdown without paper box, and automatic shutdown without manual for multiple consecutive times;


4. Shutdown alarm for low compressed air and vacuum negative pressure;


5. The dial scale handwheel allows for very simple product specification replacement;


6. The main transmission has an overload protection device to ensure the safety of the machine and operation;


7. Servo feeding system: The feeding device adopts a swing tracking method for feeding; Compared with similar fixed feeding devices on the market, it has faster speed and more accurate feeding; It is possible to transfer one piece of material at a time or multiple pieces of material at a time to the material conveying chain plate slot.

2.1 Rack

The transmission of each component of the machine is installed on the substrate. The rear wall panel and front wall panel are fixed above the substrate. The middle movable wall panel is suspended above the base frame by several transmission shafts and screw rods, and can be moved forward and backward under the joint action of two chain driven screw rods, so that it can be adjusted according to the size of the paper box for different users. The box conveyor chain guide rail is installed on the front and middle wall panels, which is not only a protective device for the paper box conveyor chain, but also a bracket for the paper box to move. The origami machine stand is fixed on the substrate. There are vacuum pumps, main motors, and pneumatic components installed inside and at the front end of the rack base. When the machine is working alone, it can be controlled on the human-machine interface (touch screen) to run/stop the host and turn on/off the vacuum pump.


2.2 Main transmission system

This section is located at the bottom of the rack, and the motor base plate fixes each component to the bottom of the rack. The main motor drives the transmission shaft to operate through the main motor sprocket, transmission chain, clutch input sprocket, and electromagnetic clutch (the electromagnetic clutch is in a suction state when powered on).


The electromagnetic clutch is powered on for engagement and power off for separation. The engagement surface adopts sharp teeth for precise transmission and high torque. To avoid clutch failure, please keep the clutch engaged and clean, and there should be no foreign objects inside the sharp teeth. To ensure the normal operation of the machine.


Overcutting protector is a device that can disconnect from the main transmission system in case of transmission failure in any part of the machine, ensuring that all transmission components are not damaged due to excessive load.

2.3. Box transmission mechanism

The power input wheel transmits power to this section. During operation, sprocket assembly 1 and sprocket assembly 2 will drive the box conveyor chain to move forward, which can send the paper boxes absorbed by the suction mechanism to the pushing and sealing stations until the finished product is conveyed out of the conveyor belt. The box conveyor chain, also known as the paper box conveyor chain, is composed of four specially designed chains that run through the box conveyor chain tracks. The position of the four box conveyor chains can be adjusted by the relative positions of sprocket assembly 1 and sprocket assembly 2, so that products of different specifications and sizes can be packaged.


 


2.4. Drug Plate Conveyor Chain

This section mainly completes the cutting of medicine boards by the blister packaging machine, which are transported by the conveyor chain to the online medicine board stacking station. The number of medicine boards is controlled by the servo motor (which can be set on the touch screen). The chain of the medicine plate conveyor chain can be adjusted by loosening the adjustment screw and rotating the active sprocket of the conveyor chain, which can adapt to the width and size requirements of different customers and medicine plates.


2.5. Swing type feeding mechanism

This section mainly completes the cutting of medicine boards by the bubble wrap packaging machine, which are transported by the conveyor belt to the online material storage station for medicine board stacking or manually placed into the manual material storage. The number of medicine boards is controlled by the servo motor (can be set in the touch screen), which is set to start immediately without adjustment for quick and convenient operation. The swinging feeding mechanism used for this feeding can more efficiently and accurately feed the medicine board into the grid conveyor belt, meeting the needs of high-speed operation. The online material warehouse and manual material warehouse can be adjusted by loosening the adjustment screw and moving the material warehouse stopper, which can adapt to the width and size requirements of different customers and medicine boards.


2.6 Testing institutions

This section mainly detects the number of dosing plates. The power is transmitted to the main transmission shaft through the grid conveyor belt, and the internal structure of the detection component synchronizes the speed ratio between the synchronous wheels and belts to ensure that the detection action is consistent with the grid conveyor belt. Each grid is rotated by a detection rod to avoid cross collision. There are two photoelectric eye signals installed at the back of the detection system, which automatically detects multiple boards, few boards, and no boards. 2.7 Pushing mechanism

The twelve head continuous pushing and feeding mechanism ensures that when the speed of the packaging machine reaches 200 boxes, the single head pushing speed is only 16 times/minute, and the pushing and feeding action is smooth, effectively ensuring the accuracy of material feeding during high-speed operation of packaging. At the same time, it can extend the service life of accessories and reduce operating costs.


Each group of push hands is in the form of double push hands, consisting of manual push hands and product push hands. The manual is pushed first and the packaging is pushed later to prevent the manual from causing resistance to the packaging.


When there is jamming or resistance overload, the moving rail can immediately retreat, triggering the overload protection photoelectric eye. The PLC will control the cylinder to work and push the moving rail backward, and immediately stop to ensure that some parts of the pushing hand are not mechanically damaged.


The opening and closing block of the pusher track is driven by a cylinder, and its main function is to retract the pusher without a medicine board or instruction manual back to the medicine pushing guide rail. The workstation without a medicine board or instruction manual does not push medicine.


2.8. Box suction and delivery mechanism

The suction box delivery mechanism mainly consists of the following parts: paper box conveying frame, box pressing device, rotating suction box device, and box opening device. Under the joint action of these parts, the cardboard boxes are extracted from the warehouse, opened, and placed on the cardboard box conveyor chain for transportation to the next process.

The forced pre opening mechanism avoids the phenomenon of the paper box not opening properly, improves the paper box insertion rate, and greatly reduces the number of stuck boxes. Equipped with a blowback system to blow away the paper scraps produced during the cardboard box production process, effectively improving packaging efficiency and avoiding cross door contamination


Automatic detection and control of paper box conveying speed to avoid inaccurate suction caused by loose paper box arrangement, which affects product quality and equipment stability; When the number of paper boxes in the cardboard bin is too low, an automatic alarm will prompt the operator to add paper boxes in a timely manner to avoid downtime or unnecessary waste caused by a lack of paper boxes (folding the instruction manual);


The paper box feeding bin uses servo motor control to transport paper boxes, and the number of paper boxes can be adjusted and controlled. The time for conveying paper boxes, the number of paper boxes, and the length of conveyor belt movement can be freely set. It is not easy to drop boxes, has better durability, and the conveying speed is faster and more stable.


The paper box workstation is equipped with paper box cutting detection and paper box positioning detection, effectively detecting whether the paper boxes are correctly opened and accurately positioned. If there is an inaccurate positioning, the automatic alarm will stop, and the conveyor chain will automatically separate from the main transmission system to ensure that the boxes are not stuck or damaged, greatly improving the product qualification rate.


2.9. Folding machine

The origami machine is a matching product designed specifically for multifunctional box packing machines. It can operate continuously and provide instructions for multiple folding methods to meet the needs of multifunctional box packing machines.


Structure and working principle of origami machine: The instruction manual is stacked on the paper tray extending from the origami machine. Through a series of actions such as suction, paper separation, blowing, and paper rolling, the bottom instruction manual on the tray is rolled into the origami machine. Then, through the action of the origami roller and the paper blocking plate installed as required, the folded instruction manual that meets the requirements will be obtained at the outlet of the lower conveyor belt of the origami machine.


The manual automatic folding and conveying mechanism has high paper separation accuracy, with adjustable automatic folding for 1-4 folds. The manual conveying is accurate, and the storage space of the manual is detected. When the number of instructions is too small, the machine will automatically stop to avoid products without instructions entering the next process. The transmission mechanism of the origami machine is a synchronous wheel synchronous belt, which has a lighter sound, better stability, and is more durable than the chain wheel transmission. It is free of oil stains and more environmentally friendly.

The manual workstation is equipped with manual cutting detection, which automatically detects whether the folding output of the manual has been carried out by the folding machine. If the manual output is not detected, it will automatically feedback to the PLC and control the suction mechanism to stop suction, effectively ensuring that the paper box is not wasted.


Inspection of the instruction manual entering the box, confirming the accuracy of the instruction manual entering the paper box at the moment when the material and instruction manual are pushed into the box. If the instruction manual is not correctly inserted into the box, it will be automatically removed to ensure the product qualification rate.



2.10 Batch printing, paper box sealing, and finished product output

This section will complete the work of paper box sealing, batch number printing, and finished product output. The paper box sealing device consists of three parts, namely the box side small tongue sealing device, the box large tongue sealing device, and the box outlet conveyor belt. Under the joint action of the three parts, the paper box containing the medicine board and instructions will be sealed and sent out of the packaging machine. Under normal machine operation, the front closing small tongue device, rear closing small tongue device, and paper box sealing device work together to complete the entire process of paper box sealing. The locking tongue adopts a customized oil-free gearbox, which does not require refueling and greatly reduces labor intensity; Avoiding the disadvantage of ordinary bevel gear transmission being prone to wear and requiring frequent shutdown and refueling.


The box forming, small tongue bending, large tongue bending, and lock box workstations are all modular designs, making adjustment convenient and fast. A scale is installed above each adjustment seat for visual adjustment, making it more convenient and efficient. The batch number printing device presses the production batch number, production date, expiration date, and other codes of drugs with steel characters on the outer surface of the paper box. The batch number printing device is installed in a fast loading manner. To change the batch number, simply loosen the fast loading plate and remove the batch number seat. After changing the batch number, it can be installed in the upper seat of the batch number and tightened with screws. It is easy to disassemble and assemble without the need for tools, reducing costs.


After the boxing machine completes the boxing operation, check whether the paper box tongue and lock are in place and intact at the exit position of the paper box, to prevent the paper box that is not fully locked from entering the next process and causing unqualified products and affecting the smooth packaging equipment of the next process.



3. The technical advantages of ZH-200 packaging machine


(1) The touch screen, CPU, and servo motor in the overall control system are all equipped with Siemens systems (key components are all from international first tier brands, such as the motor using German SEW, the vacuum pump using German Beck, and the servo motor using German Siemens, etc., to ensure the stability and durability of equipment operation to the greatest extent possible), effectively ensuring the timeliness and smoothness of internal communication, and improving the stability and coordination of equipment operation.


(2) The connection part with the bubble hood machine adopts a twisted chain keel dedicated climbing and turning integrated conveyor. The turning conveyor has no jamming phenomenon, fast conveying speed, low noise, and is durable.

(5) The instant card box separation and shutdown mechanism allows the host and main transmission to be separated in a timely manner during card box clamping, with one card stopping at a time. This can prevent displacement of the box feeding station due to motor inertia during card box clamping, avoid continuous damage to the paper boxes (at least 5 paper boxes without clutch function are damaged), and do not damage the paper boxes. It is convenient and quick to remove and open, reducing packaging waste, improving work efficiency, and reducing labor intensity.

Product Description:


This machine is a high-tech product that uses aluminum-plastic, paper plastic, and aluminum foam cover packaging for packaging materials. The machine adopts microcomputer programming, variable frequency speed regulation, and human-machine interface operation. Fully functional, easy to operate, stable and reliable operation, in compliance with GMP specifications. Due to the large molding area of the machine, there are many sections to be punched at once (standard version with one punching and five), which to some extent meets the needs of enterprise scale production, and is particularly suitable for packaging candies, milk slices, and other products in the food industry. Features:


1. The forming, heat sealing, batch marking, indentation, punching and other devices are all located on a rack mounted spindle. By shaking the handle, various devices can easily and freely move on the spindle, and can be quickly calibrated and positioned according to the ruler and fastening nut.


2. Mechanical arm traction, adjustable stroke, capable of adapting to packaging of various sizes and sections. Without changing the cam lift, a dual traction swing rod is used to extend the traction stroke (up to 180mm).


3. Heating the plate, positive pressure forming, upper and lower mesh pattern, cylinder heat sealing, automatic feeding, automatic indentation for batch number, automatic punching of the plate, simple operation and reliable operation.


4. Positive pressure forming combined with mechanical punch ensures uniform and firm forming of the bubble cover. It can adapt to the packaging of syringes, vials, facial mask, Chinese medicine honey pills, etc.


5. The main transmission part adopts a parallel axis helical gear reducer, which runs smoothly. Forming, heat sealing, indentation and other molds are positioned with Xiao nails, and the pressure plate is fixed tightly, with accurate positioning and convenient mold replacement, saving packaging materials. For the convenience of entering the workshop, the body can be made separately according to user requirements.
